Across Melbourne and Sydney we have a team of twelve staff working in roles supporting our research consultants. We pride ourselves on the quality of our presentations and reports and this comes down to the dedication and inspiration of our PA and office support team.

Qualitative Recruitment

When conducting qualitative research (focus groups, in-depth interviews, workshops) it's imperative to have the right types of people to talk with. The accuracy and quality of our data is critical. Companies are reliant on our data to make major business decisions and it's got to be spot on, every time. Our DA team is one of the most experienced in the industry and are one of the reasons our data is trusted implicitly by our clients.

Coding

Headed by Marlene Brownjohn, who has over 20 years experience in coding (all of this time at Sweeney's!), our coding team works through hundreds of thousands of surveys each year. We are fortunate to have a coding department that is regarded as one of the most efficient and effective in the industry.

Field Work

With hundreds of casual staff working in our call centre and around the country doing face to face interviews, we have a field department that can manage large volumes of work at any one time. Our team of field managers and supervisors ensure everything runs smoothly day and night whenever and wherever we are conducting research on behalf of our clients.

Finance, Accounts & HR

Headed by our Finance Manager, Gerry Sweeney, our accounts department ensures that all of the individual requirements of our clients can be easily and effectively met.

Web Development and Applications

Headed by Benjamin Page, our Web Development and Applications team offer cutting-edge online and new media solutions for clients. The WDA team is focussed on helping clients engage with our research by building customised interactive reports. The team also works with our qual and quant researchers in the development of applications that leverage the latest technology to create new and interesting ways to collect the thoughts, attitudes and perceptions of consumers. If you want to find out a bit more about some of the innovative work of our WDA team, feel free to get in contact.
