Walk up the steps into our heritage listed Sydney CBD terrace, or into our converted 1920s cinema in the Albert Park restaurant precinct and you’ll immediately get a sense of the highly professional, yet warm and relaxed atmosphere. If researchers are going to spend a lot of time thinking, it’s important they can do it in the best possible environment.

We also think it’s imperative that both our research participants and our clients are completely comfortable and relaxed when visiting our offices.

Call Centres

We have two state of the art call centres. A 60 seat CATI centre in Albert Park, complemented by Searchlight Pty Ltd our new research call centre business based in Moorabbin in Melbourne.

These in-house call centres give us the flexibility to conduct studies of any size and assure our clients of a quality process on each and every project.

Online

Over the last 10 years, this has been the growth area in research and it is a major part of the Sweeney Research business. We have the capability to design, host and analyse all types of online interviews from the more basic through to highly complicated studies. Our in house team, led by Lawrence Robinson, is regarded as one of the best in the industry.

Face-to-Face Interviewing

Whether it’s intercept interviewing, door knock surveys or central location clinics, we have a dedicated team of casual staff to conduct face-to-face interviewing. All of our team members are fully trained and accredited in line with industry standards.

Qualitative Rooms

Across Melbourne and Sydney, we have 7 custom designed research rooms. The rooms are used to conduct group discussions, in-depth interviews and workshops. They have been designed to create a relaxed environment for research participants. Viewing for clients is available via discreet multi-angle CCD digital cameras, feeding the live action to big screens.

Throughout Australia and New Zealand, we also have a wide network of venues in all capital cities and out into regional and rural areas. If there is a city or town in which you wish to conduct research, there is a good chance we have been there before!
